Anthony Rosano

Anthony Rosano has been playing a burning style of Blues infected Rock for well over a decade. Having Shared the stage with artists as diverse as Ace Frehley and Jars Of Clay to singer songwriters like David Gans. Raised on a healthy diet of 70's Blues Rock pioneers, his professional carrier begain at an early age with the Long Island heavy metal group "Abnormal Thaughtz".The group toured and released an independently produced Disk before disbanding in 1996.After a breif musical hiatus the muse once again found Anthony as he re-discoverd the Blues and Blues infulenced music of his formative years. Now living in Virginia, the home of piedmont blues, he begain a quest to fuse the music of Muddy Waters and Son house with the intensity of Black Sabbath and Jeff Beck. He also begain to develop his own vocal style and soon was fronting the three piece jam rock band MuD. Since then Anthony has continued writing and performing with various projects, recently he was a finalist in Guitar Centers King of the Blues competition and performed in Virginias American Music Festival. Currently Anthony is recording songs for a solo release and Plays regularly with THE TRUTH as well as with southern rock tribute The Rythym Pigs.
